After three years as a prosecutor
in Palm Beach County, Jason Weiss joined the firm in 1999. A member of the Florida Bar and the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Florida, Mr. Weiss has handled all aspects of criminal defense in both State and Federal
Courts, handling an extensive caseload throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Weiss is a Board Certified Criminal Trial
Attorney focused exclusively on representing clients in all aspects of criminal defense.
