Jack Goldberger Partner jgoldberger@agwpa.com Jack Goldberger has specialized in criminal defense litigation in the State of Florida and nationwide for over 30 years.  Mr. Goldberger began his career in the Palm Beach County Public Defender's Office where he handled a variety of matters including Capital appeals and complex trial litigation.  In 1981, Mr. Goldberger entered into private practice when he founded the firm of Atterbury and Goldberger with one of his present partners Joseph Atterbury.  Since that time, in addition to representing clients in state and federal courts on all types of criminal matters he has been extremely active in the community.  Mr. Goldberger has served on the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission for over 10 years and through his involvement with the Commission was one of the founders of both the Palm Beach County Drug Court and the Palm Beach County Community Court.  Both of these courts have been recognized nationwide as models for alternative treatment options for citizens who enter into the criminal justice system.  Mr. Goldberger continues to be available for representation of clients on all criminal matters in State and Federal Courts.
